About Me
I'm Mitchell- founder of Cuatro Coaching and a personal trainer with 5+ years of experience helping people lose fat and build muscle sustainably.
I've worked with hundreds of clients across all walks of life- from kids and young athletes to busy professionals, couples, and older adults. Whether the goal is fat loss, building lean muscle, or simply feeling more confident and in control, I tailor each program to the individual- with a focus on strategies that are scientifically proven.
Based in Palo Alto, CA, I offer in-person, remote, and in-home personal training intentionally designed and engineered around the goals set from the start.
