I'm Mitchell, founder of Cuatro Coaching and fitness coach with 7+ years of experience helping people lose fat and build muscle sustainably.
I've worked with hundreds of clients across all walks of life, including young athletes, busy professionals, and older adults.
Whether the goal is fat loss, building lean muscle, or simply feeling more confident and in control, I tailor each program to the client's goals and capabilities.
My fitness philosophy is based on progressive overload, which involves gradually getting stronger over time, with clear and trackable progress.
I offer in-person, remote, and in-home personal training intentionally designed and engineered around the goals set from the start.
